Multiple ways to pay your bills
We support various payment methods for your convenience. Simply choose one that suits you.
We recommend setting up a recurring payment via GIRO or Credit/Debit Card (subject to approval) to make your life easier.
For Monthly Bills
Download the GIRO form here.
Fill up the first part of the form and mail back the original to us. Do not forget to include your Flo Account No. in the BO Reference No. field.
GIRO approval may take 4 to 6 weeks. Meanwhile, please continue paying with other payment methods.
Use PayNow to pay your monthly bills by scanning the QR code shown on the invoice.
Alternatively, you can use our UEN 202006009E (Flo Energy Singapore Pte. Ltd.) to make payment.
Do not forget to include your Invoice No. in the Reference field.

For Security Deposit
